We Hope You And Your Families Had A Safe And Relaxing Easter Break.

Hopefully you now feel rested and recharged ready to resume 2010, which seems to be forging ahead at a great pace!

Harrington Grove is looking sensational as construction work gains momentum and the first of the residents begin to move in. The grounds are so lush and green at the moment and our many magnificent trees are steadily growing, helped along by a few days of heavy but much appreciated rain over the past few months. If you haven’t been to see us lately, you’ll be amazed at the changes.

The first homes have now been completed in ‘Araucaria’ with many more are under construction and due for completion over the next few months. The second precinct called ‘Maculata’ was released in late 2009, earlier than originally planned, to meet the high level of demand. As this demand continues, we have started preparing the third precinct with bulk earthworks now underway.

Our spectacular Country Club is now fully operational as it fast gains a reputation for being the Macarthur’s premier venue for weddings and corporate functions as well as social events for the new Harrington Grove residents and the general public. The wonderful new restaurant Jarrahs at the Country Club continues to thrive as the word spreads about the sensational views and the delicious new menus.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the first or our new residents and wish each of them every happiness as they settle in to their new homes at Harrington Grove. We look forward to meeting many more new residents as the year progresses. 2010 will undoubtedly be a year when many life long friendships and associations begin and we are very excited as the new residents begin their journey to become part of a wonderful new community.
